Basic guidelines if you are new to yoga:

If you want to relax and slow down:

We suggest our deep stretch and restorative yin classes

If you want more of a challenge:

We suggest our “flow” classes. “Flow” simply means to move with the breath. Align&Flow, Slow Flow are best to start with so that you can learn the names of the poses. Want to learn more about where “flow” classes came from? Read this ARTICLE.

Try these classes after you have taken several flow-type classes:

powerful flow, aerial yoga, universal yoga (at least 10 flow classes before stepping into Universal)
